Highlighted Headings

Experimenting with PDF possibilities. This theme uses Roboto, Noto, and Fira Code as fonts. H1-H3 have a highlighted background.

H1 is a full page width with highlight.

H2 is a left aligned heading with highlighting to text width.

H3 is a right aligned heading with highlighting to text width.
